Commercial Solar System
Palomar Solar is an experienced advocate for commercial solar installations from industrial facilities, and home owners with businesses on their property, to schools and government agencies. We understand that the investment return of solar has become compelling for many businesses. With a Federal tax credit now is the time to invest in a solar power system for your facility.
Our Experience
Waxie
Palomar Solar was fortunate to complete two commercial installations for Waxie Sanitary Supply. One of the jobs was 1,260 solar panels the other 900 solar panels. These trophy projects have allowed us to showcase our capability in the commercial arena and provide powerful references.
Palomar Solar has also completed many 100 to 300 panel installations. No matter what size your project is, Palomar Solar has the experience and expertise to not only get the job done right, but to bid it properly without costly future change orders. No commercial job is too big or two small for our team.

Featured Project: Waxie
We share similar values (customer service, accountability, communication) with our client, Waxie. They hardly knew when our team was on site. It was not all roses and there were some issues along the way with equipment. But in the end we completed a month ahead of schedule and not one change order was written. The payback on this 1260 panel system was less than three years.
They were so happy they awarded us another contract of 900 solar panels to be installed on a distribution center in Ontario, CA. We can’t thank Waxie enough for the opportunity and continued invaluable business relationship.
Why should you install solar on your business?
- There are many different reasons our clients have decided to go solar. Schedule an appointment with one of our licensed consultants and they will be able to walk you through all of the benefits.
What is the ROI?
- We are seeing 2-3 years on most of our commercial solar installations. In addition to the Federal tax credit a business can accelerate the depreciation making solar an excellent investment.
How long does the process take?
Many business owners are shocked to learn it can take anywhere from 3 months to a year to get solar installed. A lot depends on the city your business is located and their permit process. Other factors are potential electrical upgrades that may be needed and whether or not you have full sets of plans for the building.
